Part of our History Zone, this inclusive, small-group experience blends practical cooking skills with a journey through food history. Each week, we’ll explore a different time period – from ancient civilisations and medieval feasts to wartime recipes and retro favourites – discovering how people prepared, cooked, and shared their meals.
