All of our sessions are small, calm, and designed around a regulation-first approach. You’ll find clear information on each activity, including age guidance, what to expect, and how sessions run.

Before completing your booking, please note:

• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance

• Places are limited and reserved on booking

• Bookings are non-refundable due to preparation, staffing, and resource costs

• If you are unable to attend, please let us know as early as possible

• Participants should only attend if they are well enough to take part, to help protect others
