About STEMPunx Lincs
Creative Multidisciplinary Education & Experiences
STEMPunx Lincs CIC is the commercial delivery arm of the STEMPunx ecosystem, providing creative multidisciplinary education, immersive experiences, memberships and learning resources for children, young people, families, schools and communities.
Through ethical enterprise, we generate sustainable income to support the charitable and community work of STEMPunx International CIC, helping ensure inclusive, accessible education for those who need it most.
At our heart, we believe that learning should be curious, creative, meaningful and emotionally safe — never rigid, pressured or one-size-fits-all.
Our Ethos: Regulation First
Everything we do is guided by our Regulation‑First Model™, which prioritises emotional safety, nervous‑system regulation and wellbeing before cognitive demand.
This approach recognises that:
-
Learning cannot happen when a child feels overwhelmed, anxious or unsafe
-
Emotional regulation is foundational to curiosity, confidence and resilience
-
Calm, relational environments allow learners to truly thrive
-
By stabilising first, we create spaces where children and young people feel safe to explore, experiment, collaborate and grow — academically, socially and emotionally.
Our sessions are:
-
Trauma‑informed
-
Neurodiversity‑affirming
-
Inclusive and accessible
-
Flexible and responsive
