Historical Tabletop Wargaming

Service Description

Commanders needed for Medieval Dark Ages and Classical armies. The games are played as 15mm scale tabletop wargames using the DBA (De Bellis Antiquitatus) ruleset. The games are fast-paced and, for two players, generally take an hour or less. Multiplayer and special scenarios can be played. It will also be possible to play campaigns where alliances can be made and broken, and empires forged or destroyed by the results of the tabletop battles. Meet the Vikings, Teutonic Knights, Medieval Arabs, T’ang Chinese, Tibetans, and Khazars from the Dark Ages. Hannibal’s Carthaginian, Numidian and various Greek states from the Classical Period. All armies and terrain are provided, though players are welcome to bring their own six-sided dice blessed (or cursed) by the gods.
